Returns Policy
We hope you receive your order promptly and without any issue. However, should you have any issue with the supplied product(s), please get in touch and let us know so we can understand the problem and resolve any issues quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Faulty goods will be collected (UK only), and replaced with no further cost to the customer subject to the adherence of the 'terms of use' described below.
Your statutory rights remain - You have the right to cancel your online order with us (for any reason), up to 14 days from receipt of your order. You must return the goods (unused and complete), at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. You should contact us to arrange collection of goods if faulty and we will issue a replacement. You will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received by us, subject to goods being returned unused and complete.
On the rare occasion that a machine needs to be returned under the terms of the warranty, this will require shipment back to Aillio Denmark and onto their manufacturing plant for repair. This process can take up to 8 weeks but Mocha Mondo Coffee will work with you to ensure the disruption to you and/or your business is minimised. All customers will have different requirements so we aim to deal with any of these rare incidents on an individual basis. If the machine has been transported outside of the UK for use, unfortunately Mocha Mondo cannot cover returns from outside the UK and the customer will need to organise any returns themselves.
